Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing includes order verification, packaging, and preparing your items for shipment.

Because we work with multiple suppliers, your order may be fulfilled from different locations.

 

Shipping Times

Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days after processing.

Shipping times vary based on:

• Supplier location

• Item availability

• Carrier volume

• Your delivery address

These timelines are estimates. Some items may arrive sooner, while others may take slightly longer depending on carrier conditions and vendor location.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple, transparent shipping:

• $9.99 flat rate on orders under $85

• Free shipping on orders $85+

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

 

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items from different suppliers, they may ship separately. This is normal and helps ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

You can also track your order anytime using Track My Order located in the footer of our website.
